Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is submitted for fulfillment.
Fulfillment & Shipping
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from warehouses located within the United States. We partner with established U.S.-based fulfillment centers to ensure fast, reliable delivery directly to your door.

Free standard shipping is included with every order — no minimum purchase required. We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for carrier systems to update.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics depending on product availability and your location. The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories are eligible for standard shipping. Delivery may take an additional 3–5 business days compared to the continental U.S. A shipping surcharge of $5.99 may apply for these destinations.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional transit time for these deliveries.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High-volume shopping periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season, etc.)
- Severe weather or natural disaster events
- Carrier service disruptions beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been handed off, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or has missing items, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of any damage when reaching out.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
